- Uniform manufacturing for corporate clients
- Custom garment production for retail, boutique, and specialty brands
3. Order and Production Terms
3.1 Quotations and Orders
- All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified
- Orders become binding once we issue a written order confirmation
- Minimum order quantities (MOQ) will be specified in each quotation
3.2 Product Specifications
- Clients must provide complete and accurate specifications, including designs, materials, colors, and sizes
- Any changes to specifications after order confirmation may result in additional costs and production delays
- Sample approval is required before bulk production commences
3.3 Production Timeline
- Production timelines will be agreed upon in writing for each order
- Timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our reasonable control

4. Pricing and Payment
4.1 Pricing
- All prices are quoted in Thai Baht (THB) unless otherwise specified
- Prices are subject to change based on material costs, exchange rates, and order specifications
- Prices do not include shipping, customs duties, or taxes unless explicitly stated
4.2 Payment Terms
- A deposit of 30-50% is typically required upon order confirmation
- Balance payment is due before shipment unless credit terms have been pre-approved
- Payment methods include bank transfer, letter of credit, or other mutually agreed methods
- Late payments may incur interest charges at 1.5% per month or the maximum rate allowed by law
5. Quality Control and Inspection
5.1 Quality Standards
- All products undergo our standard quality control process

5.2 Client Inspection
- Clients may inspect goods at our facility before shipment with advance notice

6. Delivery and Shipping

- Risk of loss transfers according to the agreed Incoterms
- Shipping delays due to customs, natural disasters, or force majeure are not our responsibility

7. Intellectual Property

- All designs, patterns, trademarks, and intellectual property provided by clients remain their property

8. Returns and Defects
8.1 Manufacturing Defects
- We will replace or repair goods with manufacturing defects at no charge if reported within 14 days of delivery
- Claims must be supported by photographic evidence and detailed descriptions
- Normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper care are not covered
8.2 Non-Defective Returns
- Custom-manufactured goods cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect
- Orders cancelled after production has commenced may be subject to cancellation fees
9. Limitations of Liability
- Our liability is limited to the invoice value of the specific order in question
- We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
- We are not responsible for delays or failures due to force majeure events
- Color variations due to different fabric dye lots or monitor displays are not considered defects
10. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, strikes, government actions, pandemics, or supply chain disruptions.
11. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential all proprietary information, designs, pricing, and business terms disclosed during the course of our business relationship.
12. Dispute Resolution
12.1 Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Thailand.
12.2 Dispute Resolution Process
- Disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation
- If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to arbitration under Thai arbitration rules
- The venue for arbitration shall be Bangkok, Thailand
13. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
14. General Provisions
14.1 Entire Agreement
These terms, together with order confirmations and quotations, constitute the entire agreement between parties.
14.2 Severability
If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
